Why this approach
Policymaking is complex and fraught with challenges, one of which is sufficiently consulting the public. We have all been in a townhall meeting, where the conversation has had a high degree of negative sentiment, forming a poor basis for constructive input. Games can change that.
Games have the power to engage players and hold their attention long enough to understand complexity in a system. They also equalise the participants and create an environment where everyone can be heard, leading to more balanced views. The outcomes are more representative of everyone and not just the most vocal minority.
The underlying methodology in our solutions has been tried and tested in the real environment.
